2011/2012 Studio Calendar

 

August 1st & 2nd - Registration and shoe sizing at the studio - 4:00-7:00
Aug. 13th  – Registration and shoe sizing at the studio - 10:00-2:00.
August 21st  - Sunday classes begin
August 28th - Sep. 1st - September tuition due
August 29th - Classes begin
Sep. 4th & 5th  –Labor Day – No classes (Sunday & Monday classes will meet
Thanksgiving week to make up for Labor day).

October 2nd-6th – October tuition due

November 1st-7th – November tuition & costume deposit due ($35.00 per costume)
November 6th-10th – Parent Observation – Room 1 (Shelby's Classes)
November 13th-17th  – Parent Observation – Room 2 (Becky & Charlotte's classes)
November 20th & 21st –Sunday & Monday classes are in session to make up Labor 
Day Holiday.
November 22nd - 27th – Thanksgiving break – No classes

December 1st-7th – December tuition due
December 20th – January 2nd – Christmas break – No classes

January 3rd - Classes resume
January 3rd-9th – January tuition & Recital fee due ($25.00 per child)
January 15th - 19th – Parent Observation week – Room 1 (Shelby's classes)
January 22nd-26th  – Parent Observation week – Room 2 (Becky' & Charlotte's classes)

February 1st-7th – February tuition due

March 1st-7th – March tuition & costume balance due
March 11th-17th - Spring break - No classes
March 18th - Sunday classes are in session 

April 1st-7th – April tuition due
April 8th – Easter Sunday - No classes
April 15th - 19th - Costume distribution during your child's class time
April 21st - Ticket Sales - 10:00-2:00 (at the studio) 
April 27th-29th - Recital Pictures (at the studio) **Tentative Date
 

May 1st-7th – May tuition due
May 6th & 7th - Sunday & Monday classes are in session at regular times
May 10th – Rehearsal at Ames City Auditorium
May 11th – Dress Rehearsal at Ames City Auditorium
May 12th & 13th –Recital at Ames City Auditorium (times TBA)
