2009/2010 Studio Calendar

 

July 25th – 10:00-2:00 Fall registration and shoe sizing at the studio.

Aug. 8th – 10:00-2:00 Fall registration and shoe sizing at the studio.
Aug. 23rd – Sunday competition classes begin.  September tuition due
Aug. 31st - Sept. 3rd  – Fall classes begin – September tuition due.
Sep. 6th & 7th  –Labor Day – No classes (Sunday & Monday classes will meet
Thanksgiving week to make up for Labor day).

October 1st-7th – October tuition due
October 11th-15th – Parent Observation week – Room 1 (Shelby's classes)
October 19th-22nd – Parent Observation week – Room 2 (Becky's classes)

November 1st-5th – November tuition & costume deposit due ($35.00 per costume)
November 22nd & 23rd –Sunday & Monday classes are in session to make up Labor
Day Holiday.
November 24th - 29th – Thanksgiving break – No classes

December 1st-7th – December tuition due
December 6th-10th – Parent Observation – Room 1 (Shelby's Classes)
December 14th-17th – Parent Observation – Room 2 (Becky's classes)
December 21st – January 2nd – Christmas break – No classes

January 3rd-7th – January tuition & Recital fee due ($25.00 per child)

February 1st-7th – February tuition due
February 6th - Finale & Father/Daughter practice
February 14th-18th – Parent Observation week – Room 1 (Shelby's classes)
February 20th - Finale & Father/Daughter practice
February 22nd – 25th – Parent Observation week – Room 2 (Becky's classes)
 

March 1st-7th – March tuition & costume balance due
March 6th - Finale & Father/Daughter practice
March 14th-20th - Spring break - No classes
March 21st - Sunday classes are in session 

April 1st-7th – April tuition due
April 4th – Easter Sunday - No classes
April 11th-15th - Costume distribution (during your childs class time)
April 16th - Finale & Father/Daughter practice
April 17th - Ticket Sales - 10:00-2:00 (at the studio) 
April 24th - Finale & Father/Daughter practice

May 1st & 2nd - Recital Pictures (at the studio - times to be announced)
May 2nd-6th – May tuition due
May 8th - Finale & Father/Daughter practice
May 9th - Sunday classes are in session at regular times
May 13th – Rehearsal at Ames City Auditorium
May 14th – Dress Rehearsal at Ames City Auditorium
May 15th & 16th –Recital at Ames City Auditorium (times TBA)
